Maio Biodiversity Foundation is a Cabo Verdean non-profit organization which has been dedicated to biodiversity conservation and environmental protection since 2010.

We work to protect the island of Maio and its biodiversity while creating sustainable economic opportunities for local communities. We can only protect and preserve this unique and beautiful ecosystem by working together.
